Our Philosophy
Your baby has unique sleep habits and a unique personality. You have your own parenting style. We will create a personalized, step-by-step sleep plan that’s right for your baby and that you can feel good about as a parent, based on the information you share with us about your child and yourself. We will give you honest information about sleep and why it is so important for your child’s well-being. We will coach you every step of the way to ensure that we are establishing a plan that is effective and fits with your parenting style.
Every child, every parent, and every family is different, and your plan is designed to make you feel comfortable and confident in teaching your child safe, healthy and independent sleep skills.
We will provide support, encouragement, and guidance along the way, and we will celebrate your successes with you. We will let you know what you can expect (not every child sleeps 12 hours on the first night, but it does happen!)
